We record and produce speech for broadcast, download, devices and discs. We can accommodate single or multi-voice sessions for dramas, audiobooks, language programmes, education, corporate training and marketing, podcasts, animation, computer games, casting, audio guides, voice reels, voice overs to picture and much more. We can provide editing, mixing and sound design or supply session files for you to take away or download.
We can supply audio in any standard format including BBC compliant files as well as CD masters for replication. For large numbers of files we can supply them formatted and named to your specification including tags.
Through our production company EFS, we have over 20 years experience of providing a full audio production service for language and education programmes, from casting and booking actors, directing recording sessions, through to editing and mastering.

More than 7000 audiobooks have been recorded at Motivation Sound over the last 30 years. We have recorded every Sherlock Holmes story, most Dickens’ novels, the complete works of Jane Austen and George Eliot, loads of Tolstoy, Murakami and Proust, two versions of a lot of Terry Pratchett as well as both Old and New Testaments. The readers range from young up-and-coming actors and authors to the highly experienced such as Derek Jacobi, Juliet Stevenson and Stephen Fry. We produce for numerous publishers in the UK, US and other countries as well as recording self published works.

Voice Reel Deal
To get voice work or find an agent, you’re going to need an up-to-date showreel. With our experience of working with some of the best in the industry, we can help you put together a set of demos that really shows what you are capable of.
Our offer includes 2 hours of studio time to record, edit and master your custom showreel, an experienced sound engineer to give advice and direction if needed, free use of our music library and your reel uploaded or put on a CD to take away.

Voice Reel with Mentor Package
In addition to the Reel Deal we are delighted to offer the services of actor and voice artist Jonathan Keeble to help you prepare and produce your recording.
He has been making voice showreels and helping people get a voice-over agent since 1993 and his client list is extensive. He will help find the material for your reel and tailor it to you personally as well as directing you in the studio.
